There is smell in the air flow of the oxygen generator

1、 This smell is the normal smell of silicone tube and ABS plastic. It is non-toxic and harmless after inspection. With the use of the machine, the smell will gradually disappear.

2. The humidification bottle has not been cleaned or changed for a long time, resulting in peculiar smell in the humidification bottle.

Solution: clean the oxygen pipe and humidification bottle.

There is water coming out of the oxygen outlet of the oxygen generator

1. When the water in the humidification bottle exceeds the maximum water line, the air flow will press the bubble into the oxygen absorption pipe.

Removal method: reduce the water in the humidification bottle below the highest water level and above the lowest water level.

2. When the machine is used for a long time, the water vapor in the air stream condenses on the pipe wall.

Elimination method: pour out the water in the humidification bottle, and add water to the humidification bottle after no water emerges from the oxygen outlet.

The machine makes a "bared" sound every few seconds

This is the sound of nitrogen emission during normal operation of the machine, and it is a sign of good operation of the machine. Please feel free to use it.

After the oxygen generator is started up, the humidification bottle bubbles and there is no oxygen at the oxygen outlet

The cap of the humidification bottle is not closed properly. Please remove the bottle and replace the cap.

The indicator light is normal after the concentrator is started up, and the machine is not working normally

1. The ambient temperature is too high, and the self-protection program of oil-free compressor in the machine is started.

Troubleshooting: This is a normal phenomenon. After the temperature drops, the machine will restart automatically.

2. The connecting pipe inside the machine falls off or breaks;

3. Separation valve failure;

4. Compressor failure.

Troubleshooting: cut off the power supply, submit for repair, and repair by professional maintenance personnel.

Self inspection for common faults of atomizer

The atomizer produces less fog than usual

1. Is the conduit connection unstable? Air leakage leads to insufficient flow to the atomizing cup.

Troubleshooting: connect the air pipe interface stably until there is no air leakage.

2. Whether the air outlet in the middle of the atomizing cup is blocked by impurities, resulting in the unsmooth air outlet.

Troubleshooting: clean the air outlet of the atomizing cup until it is completely unobstructed.

The atomizer does not fog when it is turned on

1. Whether the baffle in the middle of the atomizing cup is lost, which causes the atomizing cup to fail to work normally.

Troubleshooting: install the baffle of atomizing cup.

2. Whether the air outlet of the atomizing cup is blocked by impurities, which results in that the atomizing cup cannot air out.

Troubleshooting: clean the air outlet of the atomizing cup until it is completely unobstructed.

3. Whether there is too much liquid medicine, which does not pass through the baffle, so that the atomizing cup cannot work normally.

Elimination method: reduce the liquid medicine to below the maximum scale line of the atomizing cup.

The reason why the atomizer can not be started normally

1. Whether the power socket is abnormal, resulting in the failure of normal power supply.

Troubleshooting: replace the power socket.

2. Compressor failure;

3. Atomizer circuit failure.

Troubleshooting: cut off the power supply, submit for repair, and repair by professional maintenance personnel.

Troubleshooting: replace the air filter cotton.
